Your Home for the Weekend

We’ll be staying in a gorgeous, spacious Airbnb perched above the desert landscape — the kind of place that instantly feels like a breath of fresh air. Think sweeping canyon views, a private hot tub under the stars, a big modern kitchen perfect for shared meals, and cozy, luxurious spaces where everyone can unwind after long days of adventure. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and designed for connection — the perfect basecamp for a women’s trip that blends excitement with relaxation.

— Guided Canyoneering + Rappelling in Zion

This is the kind of adventure most people only dream about. You’ll rappel down sculpted sandstone walls, squeeze through glowing slot canyons, and experience Zion from angles most visitors never see. It’s fun, exhilarating, empowering, and surprisingly beginner‑friendly — the kind of challenge that leaves you laughing, cheering each other on, and feeling wildly proud of yourself by the end.

— UTV Canyon Tour

Get ready for a high‑energy day ripping through desert trails and winding canyon routes in a guided UTV tour. It’s fast, exciting, dusty, and ridiculously fun — the kind of ride that makes you feel like a kid again. Expect big views, big smiles, and a whole lot of “I can’t believe we get to do this.”

— The Narrows: A Soul‑Level Experience

On Sunday, we slow things down with a self‑guided hike through The Narrows, one of the most iconic and awe‑inspiring places in the world. Walking through the river between towering canyon walls is quiet, grounding, and deeply moving. It’s the kind of experience that brings women together — sharing the moment, the stillness, the beauty, and the sense of being part of something bigger than ourselves. This day is all about connection: to nature, to each other, and to yourself.

What’s Included

  • 4 nights lodging in a beautiful, luxury‑feeling Airbnb

  • Guided canyoneering + rappelling tour in Zion

  • Guided UTV canyon tour

  • Self‑guided Narrows day

  • Community, connection, and a supportive women’s adventure group

Participant Information & Pre‑Trip Communication

Upon registration, you’ll receive a series of detailed documents to help you feel fully prepared for this adventure. These include our policies, daily itineraries, packing lists, travel details, and any forms that may need to be completed and returned. Please read everything carefully — clear communication helps every trip run smoothly, and my goal is to provide as much information as possible to ease any worries or anxieties.

Many women join these trips solo, and there is truly no question that isn’t welcome. You’ll never feel like you’re navigating this experience alone. Before we travel, we’ll hold Zoom calls and create private participant groups so everyone can connect, ask questions, share travel plans, and start building community long before we arrive in Zion.

G.O. Outdoor Adventures – Trip Policies & Participant Agreement Sneak Peak

📌 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At G.O. Outdoor Adventures, we understand that plans can shift and life can throw curveballs. We do our best to be understanding and flexible, while also honoring the commitments required to run high‑quality trips — including lodging, guides, permits, and other upfront costs.

Because of these fixed expenses, all deposits are non‑refundable. However, we always aim to work with participants whenever possible.

If You Need to Cancel

Please reach out as soon as you know you can’t attend. The more notice we have, the more options we can offer.

Depending on timing and availability, you may be able to:

  • Apply your payment toward a future G.O. Outdoor Adventures event

  • Transfer your spot to another participant (pending approval)

  • Receive a partial refund if we are able to fill your spot

Cancellations made close to the event date may not qualify for refunds due to costs already incurred.

No‑shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

If G.O. Outdoor Adventures Cancels

If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergencies, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to:

  • Move their registration to a future event

  • Receive credit toward another experience

  • Request a refund when appropriate

We strive to handle every situation with fairness, transparency, and open communication.

Our Commitment

We value the women who choose to adventure with us, and we approach every cancellation request with understanding and respect. If something comes up, talk to us — we’ll do everything we reasonably can to help.

📌 Payment Policy

All trips must be paid in full by the stated due date listed on the event page.

We offer payment plans to make our trips more accessible and to give participants flexibility in how they secure their spot. When you register, you agree to keep your payment plan current or communicate with us if something comes up.

Late Payments

If a payment becomes more than two weeks past due and we have not received any communication from you, your spot may be forfeited and no refund will be issued. This is because we rely on timely payments to cover lodging, guides, permits, and other event costs that are paid well in advance.

Communication Is Key

We understand that life happens. If you’re having trouble meeting a payment deadline, please reach out right away. We are often able to adjust, extend, or work with you — but only if we know what’s going on. Our goal is to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, and open communication allows us to do that.
