Upon registration, you’ll receive a series of detailed documents to help you feel fully prepared for this adventure. These include our policies, daily itineraries, packing lists, travel details, and any forms that may need to be completed and returned. Please read everything carefully — clear communication helps every trip run smoothly, and my goal is to provide as much information as possible to ease any worries or anxieties.
Many women join these trips solo, and there is truly no question that isn’t welcome. You’ll never feel like you’re navigating this experience alone. 📌 Refund & Cancellation Policy
At G.O. Outdoor Adventures, we understand that plans can shift and life can throw curveballs. We do our best to be understanding and flexible, while also honoring the commitments required to run high‑quality trips — including lodging, guides, permits, and other upfront costs.
Because of these fixed expenses, all deposits are non‑refundable. However, we always aim to work with participants whenever possible.
If You Need to Cancel
Please reach out as soon as you know you can’t attend. The more notice we have, the more options we can offer.
Depending on timing and availability, you may be able to:
Apply your payment toward a future G.O. Outdoor Adventures event
Transfer your spot to another participant (pending approval)
Receive a partial refund if we are able to fill your spot
Cancellations made close to the event date may not qualify for refunds due to costs already incurred.
No‑shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
If G.O. Outdoor Adventures Cancels
If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergencies, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to:
Move their registration to a future event

Request a refund when appropriate
We strive to handle every situation with fairness, transparency, and open communication.

Late Payments
If a payment becomes more than two weeks past due and we have not received any communication from you, your spot may be forfeited and no refund will be issued. This is because we rely on timely payments to cover lodging, guides, permits, and other event costs that are paid well in advance.
Communication Is Key
We understand that life happens. If you’re having trouble meeting a payment deadline, please reach out right away.
