A community meet up for like-minded women interested in moving their bodies in the outdoors. Restore your peace and step into your strength while connecting with women and nature around you. This free monthly meet-up is designed to empower women of all backgrounds and skill levels to embrace the beautiful north central MN wilderness together.

Diverse seasonal adventures. Every month is a fresh opportunity to try something new. Together we will hike, peddle, paddle, try our hand at ice fishing, tapping maple trees, and more.

Our mission is to move our bodies with joy, lift each other up, and tap into the raw, restorative power of the wilderness.

Nature is medicine. We aren’t just getting outside for the great views; we are doing it to heal. Science shows that spending time in nature radically shifts our biology. Being among the trees triggers our bodies to increase Natural Killer cells, a critical type of white blood cell that fights infection. Studies show this type of cell can see an 80% increase lasting up to 30 days!

Location: Meet at the Miner Mountain Rally center in Crosby MN in the parking lot closest to beach access sidewalk.
